送貨須知

請注意：

由2020/3/21起，除台灣直送產品外，運費安排如下：

購物滿$800——全單免運費！
購物滿$500——包Alfred/4PX智能櫃/自提點。
購物在$499或以下——所有運費會在物流到達時收取。

如你購物金額在$500-$799之間，但沒有填寫Alfred/4PX智能櫃/自提點的收貨地址或自提點編號（例如你郵寄地址寫了順豐站、順便智能櫃、家居地址等資料），此單將不會獲得免運費優惠，我們亦相信買方了解這安排，運費會自動改為到付計算，我們不會再另外查問買方有否填錯地址，請對自己下單所填寫的資料負責。

由於運費無論是在免運費要求金額內，或是未滿所需金額需要到付，其在系統結帳時都會顯示為「免費」。除非你已購買所需之金額而獲免運費優惠，或是個別產品已標明免運費，否則運費將會在貨品到達時，由物流司機或物流商職員直接收取現金，或在智能櫃付款後方能打開櫃門。

請注意：所有貨品保證絕對100%全新正貨，歡迎自行查驗，如有懷疑請勿下單。訂單一經確認，恕不能更改任何貨品項目或數量，亦不接受下錯單退款。一些海外進口貨品，偶然亦會受到賣方、物流發貨速度、海關檢查時間所影響 ，請急單者切勿下單，以免承受延遲出貨的風險。

 

台灣直送產品：

所有台灣直送產品，在購買時會先收取台灣順豐運費。如標明免運費之產品將不需收取運費。

 

速運或郵寄原則：

• 訂單確認後，除預購貨品，一般在1-5個工作天內寄出，請勿追單或要求急單。

• 貨品寄出後將發出發貨通知及郵件追踪編號。

 

海外或國內客戶請注意：

OVERSEA & CHINA CUSTOMERS:

• 貨品將根據顧客的郵寄地址，安排以順豐速運方式寄出，顧客無法自行選擇郵寄方式。貨品將於訂單確認後3-5個工作天內寄出。
• The goods will be dispatched by SF Express according to the customer's mailing address. Customers cannot choose their own mailing method.
• Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery processing - shipping time vary as shipping addresses. 
• We ship goods worldwide using Hong Kong Post (Speed Post or Airmail), SF-Express depends on the shipping address and customer do not have the option to choose between the carriers.
• Notification with tracking information will be sent when we send out the goods.
• Shipping fee will be shown on the order screen, it will be adjusted automatically according to the shipping address and items ordered.
• Customer will be responsible for all the tariffs,  taxes and cost related to designated customs.
